About Quiet Asset

We started Quiet Asset because AI labs now pay for the kind of records most established companies have, and most owners have never thought of them as an asset.

Years of email, documents, CRM notes, invoices and project threads are a detailed record of how a business actually runs. The companies training AI agents for office work need exactly that. The buyers run public programmes, but few owners of a 50-person freight broker, accounting firm or engineering practice have heard of them, and fewer know whether their records would qualify.

We do three things: give you an honest read on whether your records are likely to interest a buyer, explain what buyers publicly look for, and, with your agreement, introduce you to established buyers when it fits. Whether you have the right to license your records is for the buyer and your own lawyer to assess, not us.

How we behave

  • Plain numbers. Every price figure on this site links to its public source. We don’t publish invented deals, testimonials or logos.
  • No custody. We don’t ask for or hold your data while we assess fit and make introductions.
  • No pressure. If buyers are unlikely to want your records, we say so. Many companies get no offer, and we’d rather you hear that from us early.
  • Your clients and your team first. Contracts and privacy decide what is possible, not the price. That is also why we don’t take on regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance, staffing, title and escrow, or law firms.
